PEACHTREE PORTAL PROPERTY
Mixed-use Development Site
Served as Exclusive Marketing Agent for this high-profile mixed-use development site comprising three city blocks in Downtown Atlanta, located adjacent to the Civic Centre MARTA Station and overlooking Centennial Olympic Park.
IBM TOWER / ONE ATLANTIC CENTER
Office Building Development Site
Represented the developer of the IBM Tower at Atlantic Center in acquiring (via a long-term ground lease) the 3-acre site for this 50-story, one million a square foot building adjacent to the Arts Center MARTA Station in Midtown Atlanta.
Retail & Auto Mall Development Site
Represented developer in both the initial project land acquisition and subsequent site sales within this 114 acre mixed-use development on Barrett Parkway near Town Center Mall in North Atlanta. Once the Property was master-planned, individual sites were sold for banks, restaurants, hotels and seven auto dealerships.
Shopping Center Development Site
Represented the Buyer in the acquisition of a
3-acre development site at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Oak Valley in Buckhead. The Property was subsequently resold, assembled with additional adjacent properties and later developed as the Lenox Marketplace Shopping Center.
MARKET STREET SITE
Auto Dealership Development Site
Represented the Diplomat Companies in the disposition of this 3.5-acre redevelopment site at the intersection of I-24 and Market Street in Chattanooga. The former motel on the site was demolished and a new automobile dealership was constructed on the site.
TWELVE CENTENNIAL PARK
Condominium/Hotel Development Site
Sold this 3.75-acre parcel adjacent to the Civic Center MARTA Station to the Novare Group, whose development will contain over 1,000 residential condominium units and two 39-story towers, along with a 10-story hotel and over 40,000 sq. ft. of retail/
restaurant space, making it the largest high-rise residential project ever built in downtown Atlanta.
HILTON GARDEN INN
Hotel Development Site
Represented North Point Hospitality Group in the acquisition of this 1.7-acre hotel site in Nashville, Tennessee near the campus of Vanderbilt University and Nashville's historic Music Row. This project has been developed as a nine story, 192-room Hilton Garden Inn.
TDS HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS CORP.
Represented TDS Healthcare Systems (now Eclipsys Corp.) in the build-to-suit of this five-story, 150,000 sq. ft. office building on Ashford Dunwoody Road near Perimeter Center in Atlanta. Also represented TDS in a 120,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit in Silicon Valley for their West Coast R&D Headquarters.
Headquarters Development Site
Represented Alltel Corporation in acquiring this 68 acre regional headquarters site in the Deerfield Office Park in North Fulton County. The site was master-planned for a two phase, one million sq. ft. Corporate Campus.
Mixed-use Development Site
Sold the two downtown city blocks which make up the heart of the new Allen Plaza mixed-use project. This development features the new Southern Company headquarters building; the new 350,000 sq. ft. Ernst & Young building and "W" hotel/condo development.
ONE MUSIC ROW
Hotel/Condo Development Site
Represented Royal/Kennedy Nashville, LLC in the assemblage and acquisition of this 1.4 acre hotel/condo development site located at the entry to Nashville's famed Music Row District.
MERCEDES-BENZ OF BUCKHEAD
Retail/Auto Dealership Development Site
Represented the owners in the assemblage and sale of this 8-acre retail development site on Piedmont Road in Atlanta's Buckhead submarket. The property has been redeveloped to accommodate a new multi-level Mercedes-Benz dealership, plus a 40,000 sq. ft. telecommunications facility and an adjacent 20,000 sq. ft. retail showroom.
Branch Bank Land Sale
Represented RBC Centura Bank in acquiring 1.5 acres of land to develop a new branch bank facility. The site was located in the Avenues West Cobb, a lifestyle shopping center developed by Cousins Properties.
